Our goal is to provide exceptional and affordable hearing healthcare in a compassionate environment. Our services are designed to enhance an individual’s quality of life by improving their hearing. These services include:

Comprehensive hearing examinations for patients from infancy to adulthood.
Hearing aid consultations, selections, and custom fittings.
Live Speech Mapping to improve accuracy for each individual fitting and to facilitate the hearing rehabilitation process.
Custom hearing instruments from major manufacturers including digital devices.
Hearing aid maintenance, including programming, cleaning and modifications.
Complementary hearing screenings.
Custom hearing protection devices.
Custom swim molds.
Assistive listening devices.

Financial Needs
Hearing Wellness Centre is a registered vendor for the Ontario Assistive Devices Program (ADP), which provides financial assistance to qualifying Ontario residents. Supplementary information regarding this program may be reviewed at:

Additionally, Hearing Wellness Centre accepts all insurance plans including Green Shield and SunLife Financial. We are also providers for the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB), as well as the Department of Veteran's Affairs (DVA) and First Nation of Canada.

Finally, Hearing Wellness Centre offers a three month, no interest, deferred payment plan for qualifying patients.

We offer the Complete Hearing Wellness Program, which was designed to provide you with two years of worry-free hearing aid services beginning when you purchase your hearing instruments from the Hearing Wellness Centre. This program conveniently includes:

Two years of Manufacturer's comprehensive warranty (including one year loss and damage).
Two years of unlimited hearing aid service, cleaning and maintenance.
Two years of courtesy assessments, evaluations, and programming as needed.
Thirty day adjustment and satisfaction period.

There are four basic hearing aid styles, all of which are available at the Hearing Wellness Centre. These include.:

	CIC (Completely-in-the-canal): This the smallest and most cosmetically appealing style. This hearing aid is most suitable for mild to moderate hearing impairment and for individual with good manual dexterity.

	ITC (In-the-canal): The ITC is slightly larger than the CIC and is appropriate for hearing losses that require slightly more power and that range from the mild to moderately-severe level.

	ITE (In-the-ear): This style allows for significant power amplification to accommodate a wide range of hearing losses.

	BTE (Behind-the-ear): The BTE is suitable for hearing losses ranging from mild to profound and may include additional power, special circuitry, programming, and coupling ability to other devices to enhance the communicative abilities of hearing impaired individuals.
